Materials Online Renewal

  1. Terms and Conditions

    1. All items can be renewed provided they are NOT OVERDUE or have been placed ON HOLD by another user.
    2. Item may be renewed three (3) times.
    3. Outstanding library fines may prohibit online renewal.



  2. Step 1

    Go to Pendeta Web Public Access Catalogue at http://www.pendeta.um.edu.my/

    Click My Account
    Pendeta WebPAC My Account

    My Account is useful online tool for managing the materials you have borrowed. Click Help to read more about My Account



  3. Step 2

    Click Renew My Materials



  4. Step 3: Login


    This login is only valid for the current transaction.

    Enter your User ID and PIN

    1. UM Library User ID: Barcode Number (No. Keahlian Perpustakaan) at the back of your matric card.
    2. PIN (Personal Identification Number): Until you change it, your PIN is "1234".

    Click List Charged Items button



  5. Step 4

    1. Select Renew Selected Items or Renew All.
    2. If you are renewing selected items, select the check box by the items to be renewed.
    3. Click Renew Selected Items button at the bottom of the list to renew your materials or Clear Selections to start over.

  7. Step 6: Log Out

    Don't forget to log out each time you leave the Pendeta WebPAC.
