  1. Introduction

    Those who may obtain library membership (upon written application to the librarian and/or on payment of the necessary fees) are as follows:-

    1. University of Malaya Alumni members
    2. Non-Alumni members (Professionals undertaking research)
    3. Members of the Public (occasional daily use)
    4. Retired staff of the University
    5. Retired Government Servants
    6. Staff of Government Departments and Statutory Bodies who use the library for reference only.
    7. Academic staff, postgraduate students and undergraduate students of local Universities (reference only)
