Request to Search for Missing Items
Library materials may sometimes be misplaced or appear to be missing. If you have been searching unsuccessfully for an item indicated as "STACKS" in the Pendeta Discovery for several times, you may fill in a search card at the Reference Desk to search for such items. We will try to locate it, and you will be informed of the result via email or telephone.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

This service is only provided to academic staff, postgraduate students and final year undergraduate students. Online application can be made through “interactive@Portal” (http://www.diglib.um.edu.my/interaktif) under “Online Services/Publication Supply”.
Open shelf books can be borrowed by all registered members in accordance with the Library circulation policy. Reference books, journals and closed stack materials are for in-house use only. Loans, returns, renewals and reservations services are carried out at the Service Counter.
Fine for Overdue Items and Lost of Library Materials
It is the responsibility of library borrowers to return or renew items before the due date. Borrowers are also responsible for library materials charged out to them until they are returned.
