  Document Delivery Services
The Library provides a document delivery service whereby journal articles not available in its collection are obtained from external sources. This service is extended to all Faculty members, postgraduate students, registered members and non-members. The charges are as follows:

Articles from sources not available at UML (print, cd-rom & online)
  • Undergraduates (Final year) - 6 free articles
  • Master Students - 10 free articles
  • PhD Students - 20 free articles
  • Academic staff - 30 free articles

    • (Subsequent request are charged as billed by supplying libraries)

    		 RM10 / article + RM2 (every additional 10 pages) RM 15 / article+ RM5 (every additional 10 pages)
    Subject searches from sources available at UML (print, cd-rom and on-line)* No payment required Search fee RM20 (by librarian)

    Search fee RM10 per hour (self)

    1. To use the Document Delivery Services on a regular basis - a deposit of RM500 will have to be paid (with a minimum working balance of RM100). For occasional requests a deposit will have to be paid based on estimates.
    2. * Requests for articles identified from searches will be charged as in item 1.
    3. Mode of Delivery: post, fax, courier (additional charges)
